3/1/2009 - SCHEDULE UPDATE - The lot at Lorain has been leased to an automotive company to park unsold cars at.  We are currently in process of reviewing a number of locations and hope to have something put together soon.  If all else, we will have at least one autocross event this year, enjoy other's autocross events and hope to be back in 2010!

Thank you to the 100+ participants in the first Corvette Cleveland Auto-X Series season.  We made progress during the year and thank YOU for your support, suggestions and well wishes.  Plans are already underway for 2009 and we hope to see you back!

        The 2008 season provided five opportunities for people to participate.  The average course length was about 8/10's of a mile, ranging in average lap times of over a minute.

NCCC Member - $30.00*
Non-NCCC Member - $35.00*

We'd prefer that you pre-register to save time the morning of the event.  You do not have to pay until the event, but you can pay with a Credit Card now.  If you do pre-register, please do so no later than
5pm Friday, September 4. 
If you preregister and cannot attend the event, please let us know!

                                          Awards:

Individual Events:  To keep entry fees low, there is no plan for individual event awards.

Season Points:  The hope is to have some sort of year-end awards.  To be eligible for season points, you must attend 4 of 5 events.  Points will be indexed based on overall time (EXAMPLE) but grouped by class (EXAMPLE). 

Classifications & Requirements:

Helmets (required):  Must have SNELL ratings of SA2000 or SA2005 - M2000 or M2005. A SA1995 or M1995 helmet with a manufactured date of 1999 or newer is legal until it exceeds 10 years of age

WE HAVE LOANER HELMETS AVAILABLE!

Fire Extinguishers:  If your car is STOCK, a fire extinguisher is recommended (minimum 5BC).  If you have modifications to your car, a fire extinguisher (minimum 5BC) is required.  All fire extinguishers must have a mounting that is bolted, screwed or clamped securely within driver's reach when belts or harnesses are released.
